Very solid tool in regards to helping us source candidates that we are looking for. The ability to obtain phone and email addresses are also a step up from our other provider which only allows "Inmails." The ability to clone profiles and run campaigns enables us to run very impactful and targeted searches. Account management and support is terrific, their willingness to help you when you are stuck or experiencing unexpected results if greatly appreciated.
The tool itself is powerful and compelling for behavioral assessments. Our specific team (Mid Atlantic) is phenomenal and is truly a partner of ours. The training provided was also very impactful and enabled us to quickly adopt the tool and be able to perform effective readbacks to our businesses and candidates.
We successfully implemented iCIMS' CRM, Core ATS, Int/Ext Career Site, Video Studio and Onboarding modules globally across 30 countries. We replaced SuccessFactors' Core ATS, Career Sites and ONB modules. Significant UI and process flow improvements. Phase 1: launch in US/CAN 2/23 Phase 2: launch CRM and US Text Recruit 6/23 Phase 3: launch all modules globally 4/24 Implementation team was quite good overall. Core ATS team in particular were responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Additional modules like CRM, Video Studio and Career Site implementation teams were less effective. Support significantly dropped post go-live using ticket system. Quite satisfied overall with our ATS switch. Like that we have the same Account Manager since our initial demo and RFP process. Happy to share our learnings and experiences with those considering iCIMS or compare notes with those currently using iCIMS.
My Indeed support team has been phenomenal.
We have been working with Sterling since 2020, outsourcing our background checks during the first few months of COVID. Sterling recently merged with First Advantage. Sterling has been incredibly flexible and collaborative with our teams, supporting our complex requirements.
We have been using Greenhouse for 6 years. Scorecard functionality is rubust and flexible. Workflow is fully customizable at the requisiton level, which does create some challenges within our decentralized recruiting structure as there is no option for creating hard stops.
We do not have a premium Handshake membership, we just have the ability to post jobs and engage with a few candidates per month, but it is still the main tool to register for career fairs and engage with students in the campus setting.
The NACE conference is exceptional for networking and session content with experts, and being a member provides access to data, reports, and a community of professionals to engage with (similar to CXR for the campus space).
RippleMatch was an excellent partner for my former firm in the campus recruiting space. Their marketing strategy (including campus ambassadors) and focus on engaging with diverse talent was key for our recruiting strategy. Their data analytics helped us to pinpoint a phase of our interview process where underrepresented gender talent was dropping out, and allowed us to intervene with hiring managers to figure out if our assessments were on par. Their team was very supportive and it was great having an account manager who understood the early career space and could help advise us through challenges.
My experience is related to the CRM only, not the ATS or other solutions, they were implemented after me. Was overall happy with the functionality and customization options - UI could be better, but it's not bad.
It's a solid solution that I would probably recommend, but the pricing is high if you are not fully engaged with the product. From my most recent employer using it was simply a reference checking tool, we did not consistently leverage the "analytics" to augment the selection process or aid development once someone was onboarded.
Hiredscore solves the problem of going in and searching your entire ATS database using AI based on past hiring practices. We have hired so many candidates that have sat in our ATS for years. Our average applicant hire sat in database for over 2 years.

Turazo has been a great resource to us from a candidate engagement standpoint. Specifically, Turazo has offered us the ability to connect thousands of interns and students with Dell employee mentors throughout their time at Dell or through a student mentoring program through an automated, self-service platform. A few things in particular we have found positive working with Turazo: • Their staff – Turazo has partnered closely with us in a collaborative way to ensure the tool is providing the support our team, employees and intern candidates need. • The analytics – We can see conversations, feedback from mentors and mentees, overall useage. The data is fantastic and incredibly helpful. • Marketing/communications capability – the platform provides the ability to create newsletters for our candidate pool – communications can be created in advance and targeted to certain audiences – very easy to use! • Scale – We are utilizing Turazo in the United States but also around the world including supporting key student programs in India and Malaysia. The tool is GDPR compliant which is critical for use around the globe.
TalentNeuron has an excellent suite of tools and the account team has been a great support to us.
I used to not be a fan of Monday, but they have come a long way over the past few years. I also didn't have the bandwidth to learn it, but now there is someone on our team who is expert with it. So, I am coming to love it for how smooth the UI is, and how easily it integrates with our other tools.
Our intention is that Poetry becomes your recruiters' favorite technology.
I've used SparcStart at 3 different companies. The key to the success of the tool is implementation and engagement. The more recruiters and managers use the tool, the more it drives engagement. Maury and her team have been great partners.
