iCIMSWe successfully implemented iCIMS' CRM, Core ATS, Int/Ext Career Site, Video Studio and Onboarding modules globally across 30 countries. We replaced SuccessFactors' Core ATS, Career Sites and ONB modules. Significant UI and process flow improvements. Phase 1: launch in US/CAN 2/23 Phase 2: launch CRM and US Text Recruit 6/23 Phase 3: launch all modules globally 4/24 Implementation team was quite good overall. Core ATS team in particular were responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Additional modules like CRM, Video Studio and Career Site implementation teams were less effective. Support significantly dropped post go-live using ticket system. Quite satisfied overall with our ATS switch. Like that we have the same Account Manager since our initial demo and RFP process. Happy to share our learnings and experiences with those considering iCIMS or compare notes with those currently using iCIMS.
